Machine Learning know-how: whether hands-on or working closely with data scientists, you understand ML models, prediction pipelines, and the role of AI in real-world business.

Your mission
Develop & communicate a compelling tech/product vision aligned with business goals.
Build and scale ModaResa’s core platform while prototyping new products (like ModaCruising).
Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation → prioritization → launch.
Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, pushing both code and culture forward.
Lead a small, high-performing team (3–4 in Data, Engineering, Product).
Anticipate future hires and build the backbone of our tech org.
Drive nearly 100% test coverage, continuous improvement, and tech debt management.
Foster a culture of collegiality, hunger, and curiosity, where smart people grow even smarter.
