ModaResa est un SaaS à destination des marques de mode, garantissant qu’un acheteur B2B soit alloué au bon vendeur lors des campagnes de ventes showroom des marques de mode, grâce à de la prise de rendez-vous intelligente et automatisée.

Grâce aux algorithmes ModaResa, une marque tel que Jacquemus ou Loewe ayant typiquement 1200 rendez-vous d’achat à l’année avec leurs revendeurs mondiaux tel que les Galeries Lafayettes, économise en moyenne 110 jours ouvrés à l’année sur la planification de showroom.

Maintenant que nous avons établi les bonnes pratiques au sein des marques, nous accélérons sur notre mission de cœur: réduire l'empreinte carbone des acheteurs mondiaux en lien avec leur itinéraire d'achat B2B. ModaResa permettra aux acheteurs de voir où dans le monde les marques présentent, sur quelle période et par quel format, et ainsi optimiser l’itinéraire à travers ces derniers grâce à nos algorithmes d’optimisation.

Descriptif du poste

As a Tech Lead, you will be primarily involved in 80% hands-on development and technical aspects, while also playing a strategic role in the growth of the competences of the teach team and assuring proactive strategic planning on the product roadmap. This role is designed for someone with the ambition to become CTO within the following year. You will directly contribute to the architecture, product development, and team leadership, with a strong operational focus to ensure the performance and quality of the solutions being built.

Mission

1. Development and Technical Structuring

  • 80% of your time will be dedicated to coding, managing technical architecture, and developing new product features.

  • Design, develop, and maintain a modern tech stack, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

  • Lead the development of V2 of ModaResa, an ambitious MVP, in collaboration with the product team.

  • Ensure technical debt management and guarantee near 100% test coverage.

  • Optimize and maintain the existing infrastructure to ensure continuous performance and cost-effectiveness.

2. Leadership and Skill Development

  • Lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.

  • Promote an lean culture and regularly challenge the team’s practices using Lean/Kanban methods or other relevant ones.

  • Set clear goals for the team, aligned with the company’s objectives.

  • Manage resources and ensure an environment where every team member can grow.

3. Strategic Vision and Communication

  • Provide strategic technical vision and work closely with the CEO to ensure alignment between product strategy and business goals.

  • Actively contribute to decision-making regarding strategic partnerships and infrastructure evolution.

  • Explain and simplify technical choices to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and senior leadership.

4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Implement effective CI/CD processes for an optimal development cycle.

  • Identify opportunities for new features and differentiation based on customer feedback and market trends.

Profil recherché

  • You are passionate about development and building technical products from A to Z, dedicating 80% of your time to hands-on tasks and operations.

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a Javascript/Typescript environment (React/NodeJS), with ideally a solid understanding of Python.

  • You have managed a technical team for at least 2 years, with significant experience coaching and developing team members.

  • You are capable of driving strategic vision while staying involved in day-to-day development and execution.

  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and fostering team growth, with an agile and collaborative approach.

  • You are motivated by the opportunity to become CTO in the near future and take on a strategic role while remaining deeply involved in hands-on development.
