We’re ModaResa, a fashion tech company building the scheduling OS for the $350B+ B2B fashion industry. Our platform powers smarter, saner showroom coordination for brands like Jacquemus, Loewe, Victoria Beckham, and soon: the entire ecosystem — from brands to buyers to suppliers.
And we’re looking for an engineering Lead ready to take the wheel of a high-potential product and steer it into its next evolution.
This isn’t a "nice-to-have" role.
You’ll shape our entire technical direction and lay the foundation of a global platform. You’ll code. You’ll lead. You’ll own. And if we do this right, you’ll be our future CTO.

🛠️ 80% hands-on development you love writing code that solves real problems, fast.
🧱 Refactor with intention handle tech debt like a craftsman, not a janitor.
🧪 Own code quality strong testing culture, CI/CD pipelines, and smart automation.
🧑💼 Build and lead a dev team hire, mentor, challenge, and empower.
📈 Bring structure lean methods, clear priorities, fast feedback loops.
💬 Talk product, not just tech collaborate with our CEO and sales teams to keep the roadmap laser-focused.
🌐 Interface with investors & partners explain our stack and our vision clearly (no buzzwords needed).

💰 Compensation & Growth
💸 60-75K€ brut/an + Equity
Equity (BSPCE) to be negotiated — you're not a passenger, you're co-building this ship.
